There are many blended aromatherapy bathing oils doing wonders in the process of healing you. These are crafted in a way to treat you in the most desirable way and give moisturizing, deodorizing and healing benefits to the body.

DIY Aroma Bathing Oils

Aroma bathing oils can be easily prepared by blending the carrier oils with the essential oils. The common choices for carrier oils are olive, jojoba, coconut, almond, sesame and the pure Vitamin E based oils. It could be expensive options to prepare oils at home but blending them will assure you that the elements used are pure and will give the required effect on the body. The aroma oils are available with bath suppliers and even grocery stores. The common essential oils used for preparation are Lemon, Lavender, Rose, Citrus, Yarrow, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang and many others. These are available with the oil suppliers and used to make the blends of the most suitable oils.

It is not necessary to mix the blended oils in carrier oil but it could be done for giving a glow to the body. The essential oils can be put directly into bath water for dilution. The healing qualities of these oils get absorbed in the respiratory system, nervous system, and skin. They do a lot towards making you fit and eradicate joint problems, muscular pains and even nourish the skin in the best way to give it a naturally radiant look.

Prepare your own oils

There are many recipes to prepare your own bath oils. You can begin mixing the aromas and make small quantities in the beginning and keep it in small glass bottles. Use them according to your various needs and moods to cure the ailments of your body. You need to add approximately 15-30 drops of the blended essential oils to get the required benefits.

The mixture can be prepared in glass or porcelain bottles and avoided in plastic as it is reactive to aroma oils. You need to add 1-2 spoons of this oil in one bath before stepping into it. It is always good to get a warm bath to enrich the oil inside your skin pores. Your favorite fragrance in the bath can give relaxing attribute to the mind and body and provide multiple health benefits. There are special oils for women problems, arthritis, joint pains, respiratory disorders, digestive issues and any other related problem in your body. The body organs can be improved by the regular use of essential oils in the bath.

There are some oils used by males and females in their own way. For example, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood are liked more by men and Rosemary, Lavender, Mandarin, Lemon, Rose are liked by females. There are some combinations giving a boost to your mind and act as sleep enhancers and control mood swings.
